For over 25 years, when local families & friends needed anything from mechanics to construction they just “called Mike”, that’s when I decided to start my company. My background in mechanics, construction, carpentry and knowledge of HVAC, plumbing & electrical have provided me the ability to help many families over the years.  I have built my reputation on trust, reliability, fairness, and exceptional craftsmanship.

I ran my company for many years in New Hampshire, and after vacationing on the crystal coast with my family for over 20 years, we made the decision to move here permanently. My wife, a local real estate agent working with homeowners & rental companies, learned quickly that they all had trouble finding reliable people that would answer calls, show up on time & complete work with efficiency & transparency. That’s when I decided I needed to bring my company to my new home in Emerald Isle. 

Word quickly spread among landlords, homeowners, management companies, and realtors about my ability to provide creative solutions, responsiveness, and dependability. I now provide repairs to homes between rentals, help out-of-state owners with repairs to their homes and so much more.
